The Hague Convention of 5 October 1961 Abolishing the Requirement of Legalisation for Foreign Public Documents (Apostille Convention) entered into force for the Kingdom of Morocco. The country accused the Apostille Convention back in 2015 and because the 110th Contracting State to the Convention which now enlists 112 Contracting States.
Whenever a document needs to be legalized for use in Morocco and needs to be used outside Morocco between Apostille Section Contracting States, an Apostille will be issued. This will simplify and facilitate the exchange of documents for this country based in Africa.
