On January 30th, Oman became the country number 102 to sign the Hague Convention Apostille Treaty, which abolishes the legislative requirements necessary to validate eight public documents. The treaty is based on the idea that an official document signed by one of the member countries is valid in any of the other signatories. This signature will be especially relevant regarding admission procedures to the Sultanate of foreign workers, especially for those from the Indian subcontinent. – By Emmanuel Gallardo
