Apostille for Corporate documents

-Certificate of Incumbency- (Incumbency Certificate, Certificate of Officers, Officer Certificate, Register of Director or Secretary Certificate) Is an internal company’s document stating the authorities of the officer. It is signed by the Company’s Secretary or any other Company Officer.
It basically an authorization of the person signing the documents on behalf of the Company.

-Corporate Resolution- This document is used by the Company as a way to keep a record of any formal decision’s, motions or actions.

-Commercial Invoice- This document is used to describe the parties involved in the business transaction as well as the articles or goods that will be transported.
This document is basic for the customs authorities.
